Questions about marine electrics & electronics
My batteries go flat at the marina. What could it be?
Usually a constant drain, a charger fault or batteries at the end of their life. We measure consumption with everything off and test each bank before replacing anything.
Can you install new electronics on an older boat?
Yes. We check compatibility with what you have (NMEA 0183 or NMEA 2000), plan cable runs and leave everything documented.
Do you work with lithium batteries?
Yes, including the charging, alternator protection and battery management needed to install them safely.
Do I need to be on board?
Not necessarily. Many owners leave the keys with the marina or with us. We send photos and the report when the job is done.
