Questions about boat cleaning & detailing
How often should I wash my boat?
In summer, ideally after every outing or at least every two weeks. In winter, monthly washes are usually enough to prevent salt and dirt building up.
Is polishing the same as waxing?
No. Polishing removes the oxidised layer of gelcoat; waxing protects it afterwards. A faded hull usually needs both.
Can you clean the boat before I arrive?
Yes. Tell us the date and we leave it clean, aired and ready. Many owners book it before every visit.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
